I’m Brendan O’Rourke, a dedicated real estate professional serving clients across Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New Hampshire. With a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals, I specialize in finding dream homes, investment properties, land, and assisting with home sales and rentals.

What you need to know about me is that I’m a go-getter who’s fully committed to making your real estate goals a reality. Here’s a quick back story: I recently worked with buyers who were excited about a property and wanted to make it theirs. Acting fast, I helped them submit an Offer to Purchase within hours of the listing going live, with the condition that the contract be accepted within a day. Despite the sellers planning open houses all week, we were the first offer on the table—and they liked it so much they canceled the remaining open houses, preventing any competing offers from coming in. Just 21 days later, we closed on the property. That’s the kind of speed, strategy, and dedication I bring to every transaction.

People often ask why I am a licensed real estate agent in three states. My extensive knowledge of these areas comes from my personal and professional background. I first obtained my real estate license in New Jersey in 2022 and joined Better Homes and Gardens – Coccia Realty out of Kearny, NJ. I then decided to expand into Massachusetts, the state where I grew up, partnering with Pradium Realty out of Gardner, MA. Just four months after getting my Massachusetts license, I earned my license in New Hampshire and currently work with Pradium Realty in NH.

Personal Life

I graduated from Shrewsbury High School in 2009 and later attended Cushing Academy for a postgraduate year in 2010. My journey in sports led me to Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, where I played baseball on a full-ride scholarship. Eventually, I returned to the North and continued my athletic career at Franklin Pierce University, where I became a First Team All-American Pitcher in 2014-2015. I met my wife at Franklin Pierce and we have 2 boys under 2 and a 3 Legged Golden Retriever (who is famous on Social Media).

My strong work ethic and competitive drive from Baseball inform my approach as a real estate agent. I am committed to providing the best service possible to my clients, ensuring that their needs are met with dedication and care.
